Alefba's core mission centers on achieving a society free from gender discrimination, with a specific emphasis on empowering girls who lack access to education within Afghan society. The organization has already impacted over 100 female students in Afghanistan through discreet Alefba classes. Given the substantial demand for these services, Alefba is dedicated to expanding its reach to assist more students. The belief at the heart of Alefba is that by providing educational and literacy opportunities to Afghan girls and women, the foundation for improved social and human status in society is laid.
Leveraging the kindness of generous individuals, the dedication of well-meaning managers, and the tireless efforts of volunteers, Alefba has achieved significant milestones in advancing girls' education. The Alefba team operates across three crucial departments: The first department oversees support activities, staffed entirely by dedicated volunteers. The second is responsible for executing and delivering educational services to Afghan society. Additionally, Alefba collaborates with charitable individuals within the institution who play a pivotal role in sustaining Alefba's mission.
